Come and spend some time going within. The primary benefit of a meditation retreat is the atmosphere and duration of the event. When we set aside the time to meditate we have a chance to really go deep in our practice and experience deep peace within. Sometimes this can be difficult with a home practice with the phone, computer, and all the rest right at our finger tips. Set aside some time for a retreat and enjoy.

Channel Islands Eco-Adventure, Summer and Fall of 2014
Come and sail with us to the exotic and blissful Islands. We will work as a team to sail safely and gracefully to island destinations. Then we can relax and practice yoga and meditation on the beach. No experience required. We will show you the ropes. Literally!

Come on an exciting adventure and practice at the same time. In the summer 2014 we will be sailing to the Channel Islands for fun in the sun and yoga on the beach. In May 2015 we will journey to an ecovillage in Oaxaca Mexico to give service and really go deep into yoga and meditation.
